Lolita Bosch (Barcelona, Spain, 1970) has written in Catalan and Spanish Eso que ves es un rostro, Elisa Kiseljak, Tres historias europeas, La persona que fuimos, Insólita ilusión, insólita certeza, Una: la historia de Piiter y Py, La familia de mi padre. She is the editor of the anthology Hecho en México (Mondadori) and Voces de la literatura catalana. Her work has been translated into several languages and has received awards such as the Special Jury Prize at San Sebastian Film Festival 2011 for the film adaptation of her novel Elisa Kiseljak. Along with writer Mario Bellatin, she founded the Dynamic School for Writers (Escuela Dinamica de Escritores), in Mexico City. Since 2010 she is the director and editor of Nuestra aparente rendición, a site crucial in the promotion of peace in Mexico. Lolita Bosch has lived in Albons (Baix Empordà), the United States, India and Mexico City, where she wrote 日本国.
